1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CircleLead ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CircleLead is a platform that enables professionals to create referral circles, route leads to circle members, and track commissions earned on successful conversions.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • One person may operate multiple circles but may not create duplicate accounts.

4. Circle Owners

  • Circle owners are responsible for the agreements they publish to their members.
  • Commission rates and terms are set by the circle owner and accepted by members.
  • CircleLead is not a party to commission agreements between owners and members.

5. Circle Members

  • Members join circles by accepting an invitation from the owner.
  • Members must accept the circle agreement before receiving leads.
  • Members may leave a circle at any time. Active leads assigned at the time of departure remain with the member.

6. Lead Data

  • Lead information (name, phone, context) is provided by the circle owner or their AI agent.
  • Members must handle lead data responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
  • CircleLead does not verify the accuracy of lead information.

7. Payments & Commissions

CircleLead tracks commissions but does not process payments between owners and members. Payment of commissions is the responsibility of the circle owner according to the terms of the circle agreement.

8. Prohibited Use

  • Sending spam or unsolicited communications via the platform.
  • Creating circles for illegal activities.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
  • Sharing MCP channel credentials with unauthorized parties.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

CircleLead is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for lost commissions, lead quality, or disputes between circle owners and members.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
